Welcome to Arrow Fabrication

With many years of experience and expertise is all aspects of metal fabrication and engineering, including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Steel, Copper and Bronze, we are restricted only by your imagination and budget.

Covering all of the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Brisbane we work with you to assist with the custom designs and applications you desire, all the while ensuring our Australian Industry Standards are adhered to.

Our welders are expericenced in the use of...

Metal inert gas (MIG)

Metal inert gas (MIG), which works by using a continuously feeding spool of welding wire that burns, melts and fuses both the base and parent metals together.

Ideally suited to weld a variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum and a range of material thicknesses can be welded from thin gauge sheet metal right up to heavier structural plates.

Tungsten inert gas (TIG)

Tungsten inert gas (TIG), which works by using a non-consumable tungsten electrode that delivers the current to the welding arc. The tungsten and weld puddle are protected and cooled with an inert gas, typically argon.

More commonly used for your thinner gauge materials, with the biggest benefit being that the welder can power down really low and not blow through the metal.

Stick Welding or Shielded Metal Arc Welding

Stick Welding or Shielded Metal Arc Welding, which uses a fixed length "stick" electrode and an electric power source to join a variety of different metals. The electrode contains a flux that keeps the atmosphere from contacting and contaminating the molten metal.

It is a very good choice for welding thicker metals.
